- Description:
- LHP Skillnet is establishing a Dynamic Purchasing System (DPS) to facilitate the provision of services for the period 2026 to 2028. The DPS will provide an ongoing mechanism that allows suitably qualified suppliers who meet the minimum eligibility and quality thresholds to apply for admission at any time during the life of the system. Unlike a traditional framework agreement, the DPS is fully electronic and remains open throughout its duration. Once admitted to the DPS, suppliers may be invited to participate in mini competitions for specific training requirements as they arise. Contracts will be awarded following these mini competitions in accordance with the applicable procurement rules. The DPS will operate in line with the provisions of the relevant procurement directives and will remain in place for a period of three years. Suppliers may join or leave the DPS at any stage during this period, subject to compliance with the DPS rules.
