- The Chief Mechanical Engineers (CME) department of Iarnród Éireann (IE) has a regular requirement for the supply of Pins and Bushes for delivery to Limerick Wagon Works. IE are therefore seeking applications from suitably qualified and experienced companies to participate in a Prequalification process for the supply of Pins and Bushes All services required under the Contract will take place offsite i.e. items will be manufactured at the contractor-s premises and delivered to Limerick Wagon Works. Pins and Bushes are considered a safety critical component of a bogie and as such, any successful supplier will be required to demonstrate compliance and conformance to the IE standard CME-SMS-009.
