Description:
The HSE wish to invite suitable suppliers to submit tenders for an independent annual evaluation of the current media agency contracted to HSE Communications and Public Affairs. The Campaigns team, in the Communications and Public Affairs division, lead on behaviour change and social marketing campaigns for the HSE. They also provide strategic communications services and advice on smaller-scale communications projects annually. In April 2024, the Campaigns team appointed a media agency under the ‘Dynamic Purchasing System for the Provision of Media Strategy, Planning and Buying Services for the Public Sector in Ireland- from a competition managed by the Office of Government Procurement. The media agency carries out media strategy, planning and buying services on behalf of the HSE. The HSE is now seeking to appoint an agency for annual auditing of this contract and evaluation of the media agency performance.
