Tipperary and Part 8 Planning for Industrial Core building. The commission is to conclude at A defined Masterplan for the 10 acre site A Part 8 planning application for a circa. 300m2 industrial core building Confirmation of Feasibility and Connection agreements, with Utility Providers to service the 10acre site and the ancillary building e.g. ESB, Uisce Eireann, Bord Gais, Broadband, etc. Detailed design of wastewater treatment system Stage 5 detailed design of a piece of site infrastructure works, subject to approval.
