Internal fit-out and refurbishment of first floor of existing two-storey building for use as a day care and activity centre. Works include: demolition of existing internal partitions and finishes; new drywall partition systems; fully accessible Wet Changing Room compliant with TGD Part M including full room XY/H-Frame ceiling track hoist; kitchen fit-out; sensory rooms with Autex Acoustics treatment; quiet rooms; office W.C.; protected corridor; electrical installation; mechanical ventilation with heat recovery ; plumbing, drainage and water services; external wall insulation upgrade; attic insulation; fire safety works; Disability Access Certificate (DAC) compliance; and all associated finishes, fixtures and fittings.
