Description:
The project provides for the construction oif a new school at Bridgetown College, Wexford, including the demolition of existing buildings and temporary accommodation on the existing school campus, the retention and refurbishment of c. 50 percent of the existing 2007 building (837 sq.m) and 100 percent of the existing 2015 building (c. 653 sq.m). The new building is part two and part three-storey and is c. 8,085 sq.m in area. Mechanical Reserved Specialist shall be responsible for the complete mechanical services installations associated with the project including for appointing sub-specialists for the following installations - Soils + Wastes Installations, Plumbing Installations, Gas Installations, Space Heating Installations, Ventilation and AC Installations, BMS, RWH and Fire Fighting Equipment
