Competent Consultancy companies are hereby invited to tender to design, develop and deliver a shared history and culture programme. This cross-community arts project will engage minority participants in exploring Northern Ireland-s mental health care history, using the Downshire Hospital and Down County Museum-s collection as inspiration. Through inclusive workshops, participants will reflect creatively on personal and shared experiences, culminating in an exhibition at Down County Museum.
