Description:
The scope of the proposed Framework Agreement comprises the Design and Delivery of an certified Inclusive Leadership Programme (level 7 or above) including one to one couching. This Programme is aimed at participants in the BioPharmaChem industry who wish to build leadership skills and competencies and those looking to move into a leadership role or transition into a more senior leadership position, while also exploring opportunities to unlock the leadership potential within their respective organisations. It is envisaged that the Programme may need to be delivered one to two times per annum although the Network does not commit to repeat delivery of the Programme, which is dependent on the success of the initial delivery of the Programme, the demand for repeat delivery and the availability of funding
