Description:
In Summary the Services comprise: • Ongoing development of the HIA-s new health insurance product comparison tool, for continuous enhancement and improvement purposes for all users. The Tool is accessed through the HIA-s website for consumers and a portal for admin users. • Working with the HIA to fully identify the requirements for the continuing iteration and improvement of comparison tool, including: - Revised methodologies for insurers to send updated data for the comparison tool - The potential for integrated machine learning features and AI technology - Continuous improvements to data parsing, data representation, UI and UX. It is anticipated that this would include, but not necessarily limited to: - a Written Specification of versions of the iterative comparison tool design - b Review session of any specifications with HIA - c Workshops and interviews to determine HIA requirements / options/ feasibility for the comparison tool. • Development, testing, and installation, of the comparison tool to meet the requirements. • Support, security and maintenance service, including site development, updating and increase in data scalability, if required. • Data analytics, reporting and exporting of data from the comparison tool. • Training on self-maintenance of Comparison Tool website.
