Description:
The main purpose of the contract is to gather evidence from case studies on restructuring approaches at company level addressing the impact of the twin digital and climate neutral transitions. It should provide insights on the challenges faced by both management and workers and workers- representatives to deal with adaptation to change as well as the role played by social dialogue finding solutions to the requirements stemming from the digital and green transition. Against this background, the main objective of the contract is conducting three (3) case studies at company level in each of the three (3) Lots in the selected automotive (Lot 1), construction (Lot 2) and tourism (Lot 3) sectors.
