• Description:
• The project consists of refurbishment works, reconfiguration works and external works to Building No.1 in Ballina FET to provide an improved learning environment for MSLETB Learners and Staff in Ballina and to meet our Climate Action Strategy goals. Please see Appendix A Scope of Works for further details of the brief. The budget for the project will be approximately €1,500,000 inclusive of VAT and fees subject to departmental funding and approval. While the project will be consolidated to a single building contract, there will likely be more than one funding stream which will include the Minor Works Capital Grant, Emergency Works Scheme and certain devolved budgets.
