- Cork County Council (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Contracting Authority) wishes to procure Facilities Maintenance Services from a Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as ‘The Applicant- or ‘The Tenderer-, as appropriate) in relation to an office at Richmond, Glanmire, Cork. Cork County Council will be the Contracting Authority. It is intended that the services will be provided over a fixed period of 36 months starting from the date of execution of the contract, with an option exercisable by agreement between the parties to extend the contract for a further period of up to 12 months with a maximum of two such extensions on the same terms and conditions.
