Galway County Council proposes to undertake demolition of three no. existing mid-terrace two storey buildings with the exception of the front façade wall which is to be retained, temporary propping to front and party walls, site clearance works and securing the site at Moylough Village, Co. Galway as outlined in drawing numbers D1000, D200 and D300 attached and comprising; All design and construction services necessary to complete the demolition of the existing two storey structures and roofs to three no. mid terrace dwellings with retention of the existing roof slates for reuse where possible ,site clearance, propping of adjacent buildings and structures, propping of front façade wall to the N69 road and providing a secure site together with repair works to all associated infrastructure and site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development.
