- Procurement of a supplier to support publicjobs in designing, hosting and remotely proctoring online tests, for use in high volume and/or high-stakes recruitment. Live proctoring is essential and the ability to offer record and review proctoring is also desirable. As it is for high-stakes recruitment we require a system that provides strict mechanisms to ensure test security/integrity, such as desk/room scans, screen recording and computer lockdown facility. The preferred supplier must have an understanding of psychometric testing, including expertise in assessment and scoring.
