Description:
To carry out structural investigation, testing and assessment of the chimney at the Boiler House, Ballymun, Dublin 9. This includes a concrete condition survey and a structural condition assessment of the chimney structure. Investigations will be limited to the exterior of the c.52m high chimney. It is envisaged that the Contractor will require a 75m truck-mounted MEWP (Mobile Elevated Work Platform) with a certified operator to access and undertake the full extent of investigations and tests. The Contractor will responsible for obtaining all necessary plant, equipment, licences and permits that may be required to facilitate the investigations and tests.
