- Architect led Design Team. The Education and Training Boards Ireland ETBI seeks Tenders from an Architect with bought-in services of a Mechanical and Electrical, Civil and Structural, Quantity Surveyor, PSDP and a Fire Safety Engineer for upgrade works in ETBI-s Head Office, Pipers Hill Education Campus, Kilcullen Rd., Nass, Co Kildare. It is expected the Cost of Works will be in the region of €850,000 plus Vat and Fees. Due to budgetary constraints and approvals, it is envisaged the works will be delivered over two (2) phases - phase 1 in 2025 and phase 2 in 2026.
