- The works comprises of the replacement of the existing space heating installation within the school with a complete new system. The mechanical contractor is required to carry out the installations to the highest standards using only materials and equipment of the highest quality and reliability. The mechanical services installations shall only be carried out by highly experienced and competent personnel that have been appropriately trained to carry out work of similar nature scale and complexity.
