- The proposed works comprises of the complete removal of two existing bed evacuation machine room less traction motor lifts and the design, supply, installation, testing and commissioning of two new bed evacuation machine room less traction motor lifts into the existing lift shafts. The existing lift lobbies are required to be fire refuges. The project includes alterations to existing lift shafts, alterations to lift door openings, fire stopping and sealing works, making good to floors, walls, ceilings and the like and their finishes. Installation of new double fire rated doors, altering existing openings, new wing walls, alterations, fire stopping and sealing works. New finishes and making good to existing structures and finishes; Electrical, lighting, architraves and all related works.
