Description:
The Contracting Entity is undertaking a competitive tender process to award a multi supplier Contract to meet the following requirements: The Contracting Authority intends to appoint a suitably qualified and experienced contractors to perform the following duties: Upon appointment the successful tenderers shall be required to perform repairs and maintenance of all fire doors identified by the Contracting Authority within the region of Cork North with a list of locations but not limited to such as showing in Section 3 and Appendix 6. The worklist produced by the contracting entity above shall be utilized to agree defined packages of repair or replacement work the need arises. Further details of the Contracting Entity's requirements are provided in Section 3. Contracts under 50k will be awarded via cascading of a ranked panel, the work will first offered to the highest-ranked supplier. If they are unable to fulfill the contract, the next ranked supplier is then approached, and so on, until a supplier accepts the contract. Works over 50k will be done via a mini comp with the appointed suppliers on the contract.
