Description:
Extension to existing Post Primary School, ranging 2 to 4 storeys, with new link bridge at first floor. Total area circa 5850 sq m. Extended onsite road network to include 39 no. car spaces, set down areas and siteworks to include 1 no. additional ballcourt and diversion works to existing stream. The Reserved Specialists are being pre-selected and procured separately from this Tender Competition for the Main Contractor. The successful tenderer for each of the Reserved Specialists will ultimately be appointed as a sub-contractor to the main contractor. Note:- The tender stage under the restricted procedure may not commence until the final shortlists for the Reserved Specialists and main contract candidates are complete
