- The Minister for Environment, Climate and Communications invites interested parties to submit responses to this request for tender for services relating to legal advice required to support the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications (DECC) with the design and implementation of the Small-scale Renewable Electricity Support Scheme (SRESS). The scheme will be structured in a manner that supports efficient and effective design, installation and operation, industry investment and overall value for money for Irish consumers. The Programme for Government committed to the development of a Solar Energy Strategy for rooftop and ground-based photovoltaics to ensure that a greater share of our electricity needs is met through solar power.
