Description:
This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to establishing 6 frameworks to provide technical support and advisory services to SEAI and organisations undertaking projects relating to both Energy Efficient Design projects / investments under the EXEED programme and Heat Pump/ Biomass or Biogas projects under the Support Scheme for Renewable Heat. Lot 1 - Lot 4 will focus on supports for the EXEED Programme: Lot 1 - Energy Efficient Design Trainers Lot 2 - Technical Project Assessors Lot 3 - Energy Efficient Design Mentors Lot 4 - EED Special Working Group Leaders Lot 5 and Lot 6 will focus on supports for the Support Scheme for Renewable Heat: Lot 5 - Operational, Technical and Advisory Services Lot 6 - Developmental, Technical and Advisory Services The estimated total contract budget across all 6 lots is approximately €3,630,000 excluding VAT over the entire contract term which will be for a maximum of four years. The estimated budget for the contract will be subject to the annual government estimates and budgetary process in each of the years in question which are subject to change.
