Description:
The establishment of the site, the careful and phased removal of existing external windows and doors, fascias, gutters and downpipes and the supply and fitting of new external windows and doors fascias, gutters and downpipes in accordance with the Tender Drawings and documents. The replacement windows and doors must comply with the requirements of The Department of Education and Youth technical guidance document No. 021.1a. Handing over of O+M /Safety File Manuals to the Architect. All works to be completed to first quality trade standards leaving a clean and fully finished and furnished building.
