Description:
The works comprise of the construction of 10 no. 2 storey social housing units and all associated site development works on a greenfield site at Mulroy View (Phase 2), Tamney, Fanad, Co. Donegal. The scheme comprises of 4 no. 1 - bedroom apartments, 2 no. 2 - bedroom houses, 2 no. 3 - bedroom houses and 2 no. 4 - bedroom houses. The associated site works and services consist of the following non exhaustive list: site clearance and excavation works, on-site surface water attenuation, removal of existing wastewater treatment plant and installation of new wastewater treatment plant, new permanent and temporary access roads, footpaths and carparking throughout the site.
