The project involves fabric and service upgrades to the main hospital buildings at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital, Drogheda, and associated site works. Works will be carried out within a live hospital environment which must remain operational throughout. The CA intends to use reserved specialists for the displines of Mechanical and Electrical only.
