Description:
In late 2021, SEUPB was given permission by North South Ministerial Council (which is the authority for approving the headcount for the SEUPB), to undertake a review of the SEUPB organisational structure. The review was to result in a report that outlined an appropriate future structure (with staffing numbers and grades) to meet the demands of the organisation over the next 10 years. The organisational review identified a number of recommendations to ensure the organisation was in a position to effectively deliver the PEACEPLUS programme. In order to ensure the effective implementation of change arising from the organisational review of the body the SEUPB must now initiate a change management programme across all aspects of the business. **PLEASE NOTE: ALL CLARIFICATION CORRESPONDENCE MUST COME VIA THE MESSAGING FUNCTION ON eTendersNI, BEFORE 15:00 on the 12/4/24.
