Description:
InterTradeIreland wishes to procure the services of a Contractor to design, deliver and manage Phase 9 of the Go-2-Tender Training Programme. Phase 9 of the Go-2-Tender programme is being developed following eight previously successful phases aimed at providing advice and guidance to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) throughout Northern Ireland and Ireland in the area of bidding for and servicing public sector contracts. The Contract for the delivery of Go-2-Tender programme Phase 9 will be for three years commencing in January 2025. There will be an option to extend for 1 further year. The current contract is an under £30k tender implemented by InterTradeIreland due to expire end of Dec which may be modified by InterTradeIreland depending on when award will be made for the new contract. Phase 9 of Go-2-Tender offers a strong fit with relevant aspects of key strategic/ policy imperatives in each jurisdiction and in a cross-border context e.g. Programme for Government / New Decade New Approach (NDNA), The Economic Mission for the NI Economy, Innovation Strategy for Northern Ireland 2014-2025, Northern Ireland Public Procurement Policy - Procurement Policy Note (PPN 01/21 Scoring Social Value), City/Growth deals.
