Description:
The Irish Defence Forces (DF) are conducting a pre-market consultation to engage with academic institutions and develop a Senior Leaders Development Programme (SLDP). The DF require subject matter expertise in areas such as, but not limited to, the Strategic Context/Environment, Strategic Leadership including Strategic Communications and Change Management. The SLDP will be a residential programme designed to expose and harness the unique career experiences of senior leaders drawn from across the DF and some stakeholders from across the wider Defence and Security sector in Ireland to the challenges and responsibilities they will face in the contemporary and future dynamic security environment. Moreover, the programme aims to equip participant leaders with the strategic knowledge, skills and expertise necessary for operating within an increasingly complex and fast evolving defence and security environment.
