- Kildare County Council (KCC), as the Contracting Authority, is procuring Strategic Flood Risk Assessment (SFRA), at an appropriate scale, and Surface Water Management consultancy services to inform the following: (1) The preparation of land use plans, both statutory and non-statutory, amendments to land use plans; (2) The preparation of variations to the Kildare County Development Plan 2023-2029 (CDP); and (3) Any additional services that may be required during the term of the contract related to projects that may arise.
