- Kilkenny County Council (Contracting Authority) has identified the need to engage the services of a multidisciplinary engineering led design team to undertake Stages (ii) to (v) inclusive for a purpose-built, off-road, safe, comfortable cycling and walking environment which will connect the South East Greenway with Glenmore village in South Kilkenny. The successful consultancy team will also be required to progress the design of the preferred design option. The scope of the brief also stipulates the requirement of fulfilling the role of Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP) along with the procurement of specialist services, and all other services as prescribed, to advance the scheme.
