- The proposed development at the Kilsheelan Site will comprise of a proposed communal road with drainage infrastructure and other services to serve a proposed cluster housing scheme development consisting of six indivdual private dwelling sites; construction of a new road access junction onto the N24 including road realignment; relocation of existing gateway; proposed traffic calming; installation of signage, public lighting and shared surface pathway; associated landscaping and all ancillary works. The proposed amenity park in Kilsheelan will comprise of site clearance, replanting of existing trees; installation of proposed pathways, soil preparation for future flower/raised beds; installation of structures; earth berm along the northern boundary; and other landscaping works.
