- Limerick City and County Council seeks to appoint a multi-disciplinary engineering consultancy to undertake the necessary designs, assessments and prepare the required documentation for the upgrade of Moyross Avenue. Scope includes for the following stages: Detailed Design; Procurement of competent Contractor; Construction; Handover; and Close-out and Review. The scheme relates to the upgrade of c.600m of Moyross Avenue and the provision of replacement car-parking which has attained planning consent via both the Section 38 (for works on public lands) and Part 8 (for works on private 3rd party lands) procedures available to Limerick City and County Council.
