- Procurement by Co-operative Housing Ireland Society Ltd (“Co-operative”) of Contractors to undertake Responsive Maintenance including Out of Hours Emergency Callouts, Void Property Works, Major, Planned and Refurbishment Works and Cyclical Servicing and Maintenance of Electrical Installation to their housing stock located in 3 geographical groupings of Counties in Ireland. The Contracts will be for an initial 2 year period, with Co-operative having the option to extend the contracts for a further 2 year period and with a further option to extend for another 1 year, giving a potential duration of 5 years.
