This integrated urban project consists of: The conservation, restoration, and adaptive reuse of a vacant and derelict building, the former St Finian-s Seminary Study Hall, (and former St Patrick-s Classical School), which is a nationally important Protected Structure in the heart of Navan, to use as a multi-purpose Community Hub and County Archive, the creation of a new civic space with associated public realm enhancements, and new urban pedestrian connections.
