- MetroLink will provide a high speed, high capacity, high frequency, modern and efficient public transport service for passengers travelling along the Swords/Airport to City Centre corridor in Dublin, which will be capable of integration with other modes of public transport. Further information on MetroLink is available at www.metrolink.ie. TII intends to award a MetroLink Programme Delivery Partner Support Services Contract, with specific services to be performed set out by task orders. The Programme Delivery Partner appointed to perform the Contract will provide capability and capacity to integrate with and support the MetroLink Directorate in the co-ordination and management of the pre- and post-contract stages of the MetroLink Project. The Programme Delivery Partner will manage various contracts procured by TII through providing services relating to, inter alia, safety, project management, site supervision and contract administration. TII intends to separately procure multiple public contracts which the appointed Programme Delivery Partner shall provide support services for to ensure the successful delivery of the MetroLink Programme, including, but not limited to: enabling works and services contracts, M401/402 main civils infrastructure contracts, and the M500 public passenger transport design, build, finance, operate and maintain contract.
