Lot 1 Coaching (Single Supplier Framework) - SOLAS are looking for experienced service provider(s) to provide individual coaching to our grades 1 (CEO), 3 (Executive Directors), 4 (Directors, 6 (Managers) and grade 7 (Assistant Managers). Lot 2 Team Facilitation (Multi-Supplier Framework) - SOLAS require suppliers who can work with teams in a variety of ways, for example: Team building; Understanding purpose; Goal setting; Establishing clear roles, responsibilities, and expectations; Fostering trust, belonging and inclusivity; Managing conflict; Recognising other strengths; Clear communication; Giving and receiving feedback; Planning and Review; Developing a growth mindset Lot 3 (Single Supplier Framework) - Provision of ‘Psychometric Assessment and Personal Development Tools- to include application of the tool together with half day workshops to work through assessment results and next steps. This applies to both individuals and teams.
