• Description:
• Dublin City Council proposes to engage in a competitive process for the establishment of a Multi Party Framework Agreement for Architect Led Integrated Design Team Services for projects within Dublin City Council-s Administrative Area. The framework agreement will be established on foot of an initial contract for an Architectural Led Integrated Design Team for the Cromcastle Phase 2 Residential Mixed Tenure Development. It is anticipated that the projects within the framework scope may include projects with a varied construction value ranging from €25m to €500million. The services to be procured under the framework will include, but are not limited to, design team services for the following: - New Build, Deep Retrofit and Infill development. - Mixed Tenure Housing Projects incl. affordable purchase, cost rental and social housing. - Demolition and Enabling Works - Experience with Protected Structures and conservation works - Associated public realm precinct improvements - Mixed use developments and non-residential elements - Medium to high density housing schemes - Experience of Design and Build and Traditional Procurement - Experience of Modern Methods of Construction - Utility planning Contracts under this framework will be awarded for some or all of CWMF stages (i) to (v) depending on project requirements.
