- Waterway Ireland seeks to establish a multi-party framework agreement with suitably qualified service providers to supply agency personnel on a freelance basis to assist in the Marketing and Development function in contract roles. (i) Implement a Marketing Strategy to deliver increased participation on and alongside the waterways in all activity categories and to improve the reputation and awareness of the Waterways Ireland brand.
