- Small construction projects up to a maximum of €2,000,000 in value (ex. VAT), will be tendered by way of mini competitions to the Framework members for that region. It is envisaged that maximum spend under this framework agreement will not exceed €100,000,000 overall. The estimated value for each individual lot (excluding VAT) is as follows: Lot 1 - South - €20 million Lot 2 - Midlands - €20 million Lot 3 - Dublin North - €20 million Lot 4 - Dublin South - €20 million Lot 5 - North - €20 million
