Description:
SETU intend to form a multi-supplier framework for small building works contractors. electrical contractors and minor mechanical. The term maintenance and refurbishment contract framework will be ad-hoc / maintenance / refurbishment type projects. They will also include emergency type projects and require a response time of 2 hours. The extent and scope of works will fulfil the requirements of SETU as they arise and will be agreed on an ongoing basis and executed subject to the issue of the relevant appointment documentation. The works will typically take place in South East Technological University, Kilkenny Road, Carlow and from time to time on the Wexford Campus. The duration of the respective frameworks will be 4 years with the option of an extension for an additional year.
