Description:
To supply a SOC service, along with required telemetry gathering solution, to monitor the digital infrastructure of local authorities and other local government bodies in Ireland. There will be a mix of technologies across the participating organisations and the successful supplier will need to be able to onboard these various technologies into it-s monitoring solution. The service will provide daily reports and notify individual participating organisations of alerts on their infrastructure and will include options to automate responses to predefined scenarios. The contract will be managed by the LGMA but there will be direct engagement between the successful supplier and the participating organisations. The procurement will be performed using a restricted process due to the sensitive nature of the information which will be supplied to prospective suppliers, with a prequalification phase before suppliers are asked to sign a confidentiality agreement and submit a fully costed proposal. The service is part funded by the EU and candidate subcontractors need to register on the EU Funding and Tenders Portal and obtain a PIC. This is to enable the Ownership and Control Assessment Process to be undertaken by the EU Commission-s Central Validation Service as the assessment process can take several weeks.
