Description:
Dublin City Council is establishing a Panel for the provision of Architectural Services for projects of less than €1 million (ex. VAT) in value. Panel members will be required to provide architectural design and associated services for stages (i)-(v) of the Capital Works Management Framework (CWMF) or a subset thereof. As part of the service delivery, panel members will be required to provide the following minimum specialist services: • Design Team Lead, • Architect, • Employer-s Representative for works contracts, • Design Certifier (under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014) • Assigned Certifier (under the Building Control Amendment Regulations 2014) • PSDP Additional optional specialist services that may be required include Measured Surveys; Condition Surveys; Architectural Conservation Consultancy Services; Accessibility Audits; Design Services for Disability Access Certificates and Fire Safety Consultancy Services. It is intended that the architectural services to be provided will cover the following project types: feasibility studies, residential (new build and refurbishment), public realm, precinct improvements, housing, civic, community, recreational, sports, infrastructural improvement master-planning, mixed use/commercial etc. The services will cover any and all (CWMF) work stages. Only those Applicants capable of delivering all of the minimum specialist services listed above (whether in-house or as a grouping/consortium) will be considered.
