- The Project Management Office (PMO) of the Central Bank is responsible for the development and delivery of training programmes for staff involved in a range of business change activities, which currently includes: • Project Management • Programme Management • Portfolio Management • Change Management on Projects • Business Process Improvement and Business Process Management The Central Bank is now seeking proposals from Training and Professional Development service providers which demonstrates their ability to play a key partnership role with the PMO and Learning and Development Function in the ongoing delivery and further design and development of the Project/Programme Management, Business Process Management, Change Management training and Development Programmes in the Bank.
