- EirGrid has a requirement for the provision of a comprehensive Human Resources (HR) software solution to support the full employee lifecycle. The objective of this PQQ process is to produce a shortlist of suitably qualified Candidates who will be invited to tender for the provision of a such a system. EirGrid envisages qualifying three (3) Candidates from this pre-qualification process.
