In advance of commencing the procurement process, Horse Racing Ireland (HRI) wishes to hold Technical Dialogues based on informal discussions with market players to provide HRI with a greater understanding of the options available to us for a replacement of MDB (Main Distribution Board) at Leopardstown Racecourse.
