- DIAS outsources its building maintenance. The nature of the required service is to meet the ad hoc repairs and maintenance works that arise in the different DIAS buildings . All properties are protected structures owned by OPW and leased by DIAS. This tender excludes any structural works and external maintenance which is the responsibility of OPW. All work must be carried out in accordance with the 1999 Protected Structures Act, Building Control Regulations 1997-2014 and amendments thereof and the relevant Health and Safety (Construction) Regulations.
