This is a Prior Information Notice (PIN) in relation to the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland-s (SEAI) Comprehensive Heating and Cooling Assessment for Ireland 2025. Please note that this is not a competition and we are not seeking tenders at this stage. The Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland (SEAI) will issue a tender to conduct a comprehensive heating and cooling assessment for Ireland. This project will be conducted in accordance with Article 25(1) of Directive (EU) 2018/2001, including the assessment defined in Article 15(7) of Directive (EU) 2018/2001.
