Prior Information Notice for the provision of a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the delivery of Projects and ICT supports for the Department-s Service Delivery Modernisation (SDM) / Business Object Modelling implementation (BOMi) programmes.
The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is to inform the market of the Department of Social Protection (‘DSP-) proposed upcoming procurement competition in respect of the “Services” i.e. to establish a Multi Supplier Framework Agreement for the delivery of Projects and ICT supports for the Department-s Service Delivery Modernisation (SDM) / Business Object Modelling implementation (BOMi) programmes. The ‘Services‘ comprise of: The establishment of a Framework to allow the Department to deliver a Transformation Agenda by providing: •a high quality, proactive, personalised service to customers; •delivery of services in a more efficient, flexible and integrated way; •support for new work management practices and procedures; •support to maintain and extend its implementation platforms; •delivery of eGovernment objectives.
