Description:
Carlow County Council is proposing the development of a water activity centre in Carlow Town, Co Carlow. The project site in Carlow Town is located on the western bank of the River Barrow. The proposed 0.36 hectare site is adjacent to the existing Carlow Town Park, within the Town Centre on the banks of the River Barrow. Carlow Water Activity Centre received a full grant of planning permission in October 2022.
