Description:
Dundalk Chamber Skillnet is seeking proposals from providers to deliver a part-time, in-person postgraduate Leadership Programme based in Dundalk. The programme will be delivered one evening per week and consist of three stages over three academic years, 2025-2028: Postgraduate Certificate, Postgraduate Diploma, and Masters Degree in Leadership. Each stage must be independently accredited and aligned with the NFQ. A Single Party Framework Agreement will be established on foot of this procurement process. The estimated total contract value is €150,000-€200,000 ex. VAT over 3.5 years. The initial contract will be awarded following the outcome of this competition, with further drawdowns possible under the framework. The successful tenderer will be expected to provide programme design, delivery, accreditation, administration, learner tracking, and RPL pathways, as well as collaborate with Dundalk Chamber Skillnet on performance reviews and reporting.
